Grass finished

The everyday staple. Clean, lean, and full of flavor from cattle raised entirely on California grass.

Our signature grind. Burgers, bowls, weeknight skillets, the workhorse of a real kitchen. Raised on open range, finished on grass, and ground fresh in Paso Robles.
